O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to grant permission to remove and transit the dead rosewood trees timbers from the writ petitioner's land in New Survey No.219/6 situated at Velimalai Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent has already passed an order dated 19.05.2021 to cut and remove rosewood trees in Survey No.219/6 of Velimalai Village, Kalkulam Taluk and that since the writ petitioner's prayer has already been redressed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would fairly concede the same.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
