CRIME NO. 127/2016 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in order dated 16.08.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO. 14831 of 2016 and for any other relief (or) reliefs that may be appropriate in the present circumstances of the case Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.K.GOWTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner with regard to appearance before the respondent police, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14831 of 2016, dated 16.08.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner is a resident of Sathyamangalam and she is a agricultural coolie and therefore it is difficult for her to go to respondent police station daily from her residence and therefore she prays for modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a resident of Sathyamangalam and she is an agricultural coolie, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.08.2016 made in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.14831 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
