ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry alone is pending in CSR.No.163 of 2017, dated 30.07.2017, before the respondent Police and the alleged threat of arrest or harassment, as alleged by the petitioners herein is not true 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

Prosecutor the respondent Police is directed either to register an FIR or close the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioners during enquiry.
