Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD). No.9668 of 2016 dated 20.6.2016 directed him to stay at Nagapattinam and report before A.K.Sathiram police station, daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders to report before respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN,Government Advocate(Crl.
Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner, with regard to appearance before the Inspector of Police, AK Sathiram Police Station, in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9668 of 2016, dated 20.06.2016, by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, AK Sathiram Police Station daily at 10.00 p.m. until further orders.
The petitioner is a resident of Alagapuri, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and therefore it is difficult for him to stay at Nagapattinam and report before AK Sathiram Police Station and the distance between his residence and Nagapattinam is more than 400 Kms and therefore he prays for modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases and he is not complying with the condition.
4.While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court after considering the contention made on the side of the respondent police that the petitioner is having four previous cases, imposed a condition to the effect that he shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, AK Sathiram Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition for modification on the ground that the distance between his residence and Nagapattinam is more than 400 Kms and it is very difficult for him to stay at Nagapattinam and sign before the Inspector of Police, AK Sathiram Police Station. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made on the side of the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and the petition is disposed of accordingly.
