ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This criminal original petition has been filed to give a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on telegraphic talk to the third respondent, the petitioner was called for an enquiry and later that they are not pursued. Side), this Court is of the view that there is nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication, since no question of harassment arises.
