This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.1707 of 2020, dated 11.07.2020 on the file of the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent completed investigation in Crime No.1707 of 2020 and also filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, however, it is pending for taking cognizance. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent in Crime No.1707 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
