411 Health and Family Welfare (MCA-1) Department, dated 15.03.2018 and the consequent prospectus issued in pursuance to the set G.O which is annexed there in quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to treat the petitioners who are working in ESIC Hospital Tirunelveli as an service candidate thereby providing incentive marks applicable to that of service candidate.
