ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members, based on her representation, dated 13.02.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the right of the petitioner over the property was confirmed by a decree passed in O.S.No.144 of 2007 by the Principal District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai and the boundaries were ratified by virtue of an order passed in E.P.No.127 of 2009, dated 20.01.2012. Subsequently, the property was also surveyed by the Revenue Authorities and a survey certificate, dated 22.12.2017 was also issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner and her family members were trying to put up a compound wall around their property in order to safe-guard the property. Some persons, who do not have any right over the property, are resisting the same and are causing life threat to the petitioner and her family members.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the

representation, dated 13.02.2018 has been received by the second respondent and the second respondent will look into the representation and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
