When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has accommodated in the original place itself, as such, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
