ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioners land extent of 92.50 Ars situated in Survey Nos.323/1 323/2 and 323/3, Thidiyan village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District based on the application dated 02.02.2018 and the subsequent representation dated 14.03.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the property in Survey Nos.323/1, 323/2 and 323/3, Thidiyan village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District belongs to the petitioner's family and joint patta has also been issued in Patta No.1410. The petitioner filed an application dated 02.02.2018, before the respondents seeking to measure the property and the petitioner has also paid necessary fee. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the application of the dated 02.02.2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
