Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.155 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115
(2) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.
2. Hence, this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
