ORDER
This petitioner, who is facing trial for offences under Sections 406, 294(b), 506(i), 498(A) and 354 of I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998, seeks early disposal of C.C.No.207 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submits that so far three witnesses have been examined.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, is directed to expeditiously dispose of the case in C.C.No.207 of 2012 preferably not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
