ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the case in Crime No.823 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent i.e.,CBCID or any other agency for conducting the proper investigation in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already investigation in Crime No.823 of 2013 has been conducted and the same was closed as "Action Dropped".

3. Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
