This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in the dispute without following the due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondent submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed in the matter and as such, the petitioner is not required in connection with any case.
