This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to correct the Mortgage amount as Rs.3,30,00,000/- instead of Rs.33,00,000/- in its Book No.1 in respect of the document registered as Doc.No.3028 of 2017 on its file and consequently direct the second respondent to reflect the corresponding entry of the said mortgage on the date of its execution in its Book No.1 as mandated under Section 65 of Registration Act by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2025.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made an application to the official respondents on 26.11.2025, with regard to the aforesaid prayer. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents 3 & 4 are the appropriate authority to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 3 & 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 and pass orders within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
