[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.] The case of the petitioner is that her minor daughter Abirami went missing on 20.02.2020 and despite registration of a case in Cr.No.8 of 2020 for 'girl missing' on 20.02.2020 the police had not taken effective steps to secure her. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.

H.C.P(MD)No.153 of 2020 (Kattanur Police Station in-charge), Narikudi Police Station, Virudhunagar District is present. The police produced Abirami, who stated that she had on her own volition gone with the fourth respondent and now she is willing to go with her parents, who are also present before us.
