ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This criminal original petition has been filed seeking police protection in view of the continuous threat made by the fourth respondent herein.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), in a complaint given by the petitioner a case has been registered by the third respondent in Crime No.172 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 294 (b), 324, 506(ii) IPC and is also under investigation.

3.In the meantime, he has also given a representation to the third respondent. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
