O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to revoke the license granted and to order the closure of the illegal crusher being run by 5th respondent in the petitioner's property bearing Patta No.3269, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 5th respondent, notice to her is dispensed with. 2/6

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation before the respondents on 10.02.2026, seeking to revoke the license granted and to order the closure of the illegal crusher being run by 5th respondent in the petitioner's property bearing Patta No.3269. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2026 would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the 5th respondent, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
