This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give sufficient police protection to the petitioner and his wife based on the representation, dated 17.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the State.

3. From the averments it could be seen that there is some civil dispute between the parties.

4. In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy under civil Law, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed.
