ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking further investigation under Section 186 Cr.P.C, pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent has completed the investigation in Cr.No.180 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent police, and filed a final report, closing the complaint as 'further action dropped'.

3.In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, it is always open to him to challenge the order passed by the respondent police.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
