The petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents herein to remove the locks illegally made by the intervenor has come forward to file this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the intervenor and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3.Admittedly, the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.784 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Madurai, is pending. The petitioner is said to have obtained the order of injunction. If that is the case, remedy open to the petitioner is to work out the relief before the pending suit and not approach this Court as this Court is not an execution court to execute the interim order obtained.
