WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.RAMESH, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of State, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, Call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in M.H.S Confdl No. 73/2017 dated 06.07.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Thirumal aged about 37 years S/o.Murugan Asari now detained at Central prison Palayamkottai before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

WHEREAS this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Wednesday, the 16th day of August, Two Thousand and Seventeen (16.08.2017) to the respondents herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with.
