O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for directing the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam in Crl.M.P.No.12315 of 2015, dated 22.12.2015 and register First Information Report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has filed a complaint against a few individuals. Later the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.12315 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 420 IPC. 4.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam forwarded the complaint to the second respondent to register FIR and to investigate. Pursuant to the above said direction, it appears that a case was registered in Cr.No.97 of 2017 on 09.08.2017. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate has also directed the second respondent to file a final report on or before 22.01.2016. 5.The learned Government Advocate ensures that the final report would be filed as soon as investigation is over. 6.Recording the above submission this petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, after completion of investigation, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
