This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the foisted complaint of one Maheswari, D/o.Madasamy Thevar.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that one Maheswari gave a complaint as against the petitioner and the same was closed, after Preliminary enquiry. He further submitted that there is no scope for any harassment, as no enquiry is contemplated as against the petitioner.
