ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Against the said order, an appeal remedy is provided under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. The petitioner without availing the alterative remedy cannot maintain the writ petition before this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.6082 of 2018 is closed.
