Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the S.T.C.No.835 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District and Crime No.74/2011 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. As the issues involved in these criminal original petitions are one and the same, they have been taken up together and a common order is being passed.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsels that the issues involved in both petitions is covered by the order passed by this Honourable Court in Cr.O.P(MD).Nos.2478, 2479, 2480, 2481, 2482, 2483, 3461 and 3462 of 2015 dated 02.06.2015.

5. Accordingly the complaint in both cases is quashed.

6. In the result, these Criminal Original Petitions stand allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
