This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the prosecution, a case has been registered in Crime No.708 of 2015, dated 14.12.2015, for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and subsequently, the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail.

3.In the light of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
