Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent/Contemnor viz., Tmt.Uma Maheswari and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent are present before this Court through Video Conferencing. The learned Special Government produced a copy of the order dated 15.04.2021, passed in the revision petition filed by the petitioner seeking pensionary benefits and submitted that the order of this Court, dated 12.02.2019, made in W.P.(MD)No.4963 of 2017, has been complied with.
