The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2020 on the file of Family Court, Kannyakumari at Nagercoil has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his divorce petition. 1/4

2. A perusal of B-Diary extract reveals that P.W.1 has filed his proof affidavit on 05.08.2022. The matter has been adjourned from then onwards for considering various interlocutory applications. Now, the divorce petition is posted for evidence.

3. In such circumstances, this Court directs the Family Court, Kannyakumari at Nagercoil is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2020 on or before 31.12.2025.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
