ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and she was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.02.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.99 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 5.100 kgs of Ganja.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 16.02.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge for Principal Special Court for E.C and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 08/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
