This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 21.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.23079 of 2023. 1/4

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the writ appeal has been filed as against the order dated 21.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.23079 of 2023 and the order of stay has been passed in the writ appeal. 4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition, if the writ appeal is dismissed.
