This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 50/2015/A3 dated 28.02.2015 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer Cum Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pattukottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.Accepting the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C have been initiated without passing of a preliminary order, the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.50/2015/A3 dated 28.02.2015 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer Cum SubDivisional Magistrate, Pattukottai, is quashed. 4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
