ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and further direct the respondents to give police protection so as to demarcate the lands in Survey No.96/2 B measuring to an extent of 1 acre 26 cents situated at A Valaiyapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by the Revenue Authorities.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. After making arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice the representation made by the petitioner, dated 25.02.2015 is considered.

In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the first respondent to hear any other third party, who is likely to be interested.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
