Respondent/Complainant Prayer in No.Crl.MP(MD)3252 of 2023 :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petiton filed under section 3252 of 2023, to relax the condition No.7(ii) petitioner to produce the vehicle (Reg No. TN -07 CD - 7714 ) every month 1st working day before concerned court at 10.30 am imposed in Crl R.C (MD) No. 801 of 2022 order dated 24.08.2022 Prayer in Crl.RC(MD)801 of 2022:- This Criminal Revision Petition filed under section 397 r/w 401 of C.P.C.,to modify the condition passed by District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court,Srirangam in Crl.MP.No.67/2022 dt.14/3/2022 directing the petitioner i)That the petitioner shall appear before this Court and execute a bond of Rs.

9,00,000/-(Rupees Nine Lakhs Only) with two surities for a like sum with solvency certificate obtained from the revenue official and ii) the petitioner shall produce the vehicle every month first working day before this Court till the completion of trial. CRL MP(MD). No.3252 of 2023 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner as to produce the vehicle every month 1st working day before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this court is relaxed and the petitioner shall produce his vehicle before the concerned Court as and when required.
