This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.63 of 14 lodged on 27.04.2014 on the file of first respondent police and to quash Crime No.63 of 2014 as against the petitioner as illegal

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.63 of 2014 and also closed the same as 'Mistake of Fact ' on 20.09.2018 itself.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
