ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent had compelled the petitioner to admit the cases against herself, which were registered in Crime Nos.193 of 2020 and 788 of 2021, even though the petitioner was not at all involved in the alleged offence.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. has been initiated and summons was also going to be issued against the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands 2/4

disposed of. However, the petitioner can work out his remedy before the competent authority.
