Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue individual patta in Petitioner name in respect of the properties comprised in Survey No.
197/6A1A, (Old) Sub Division 197/21A (New), situated at Sundaraja Vanniyar Nagar, Valayapettai Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of A.THANGARAJ -PARTY IN PERSON, and of MRS.J.PADMAVATHI DEVI, Special Government Pleader for R1 to R5, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed seeking permission to effect substituted service by way of paper publication on the respondents 6 and 7.
2. Notice already sent to the respondents 6 and 7 have been returned as "refused" and therefore, the petitioner has taken out this petition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, even though the petitioner has seek permission to publish a notice in ' Dhina Thanthi Tamil Daily' at Thanjavur Locality, the petitioner is permitted to take notice on the respondents 6 and 7 by way of paper publication on or before 08.02.2019 in Malai Murasu, Tamil Daily, Kumbakonam Taluk, informing the date of hearing of the matter as 18.02.2019.
4. Post the matter on 18.02.2019.
