The petitioner seeks police protection. He claims certain rights in terms of the decree dated 29.08.2019 granted in O.S.No.537 of 2017 on the file the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli. The petitioner contends that his civil rights guaranteed by the said decree have been violated. If that be so, the petitioner can very well move the very same Civil Court for relief.
