The petitioner's husband, who served as a Manager in the respondent Bank died on 29.10.2024. The petitioner has applied for appointment on compassionate ground and the same has not been considered and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Mr.N.S Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the application of this petitioner is 2/5

under process and it would be considered and necessary order would be passed within a period of three months.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of this petitioner for compassionate appointment sympathetically and pass necessary orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
