This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2020 and give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members

Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was sent to the District Collector, which has been forwarded to the second respondent for enquiry. He would also submit that enquiry has been initiated in C.No.G2/04109/200/20 and after sending complaint by registered post the petitioner has not appeared before the second respondent so far and if the petitioner appears in persons before the second respondent due enquiry will be conducted after giving notice to the rival parties and if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
