This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse crop insurance claim equally to all the Villagers in Devakottai Taluk by calculating the claim as 0.95% (deficit) totally to the extent of 357.7 hectare Agriculture land have been insured by the people in Uruvatti Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.From the submission of the learned counsel for second respondent it is clear that the order in favour of the petitioner has already been put to challenge in W.P.(MD) No.12502 of 2018, in which, the petitioner is also a party. In the circumstances, keeping W.P.(MD) No.12502 of 2018 pending this Writ Petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions raised herein in W.P.(MD) No.12502 of 2018.
