PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2018 for increasing the promotional post of physical director grade-II which is next avenue of physical education teachers working in both Government and aided schools in the state.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is working as Physical Education Teacher in the fourth respondent/School. He seeks promotion to the post of Physical Director Grade II. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 03.03.2018.
4.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and pass appropriate orders and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
