This petition is filed for direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2011 from the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in crime No.20 of 2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 31.10.2011 and RCS also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
