ORDER

The revision petitioner / defendant filed this revision to set aside the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in I.A.No.174 of 2021 in O.S.No.122 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The said I.A.No.174 of 2021 was filed by the revision petitioner / defendant to receive the additional document and the same was dismissed by the trial Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for both sides would submit that now ex parte decree passed in the said suit and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

5. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh revision if the suit is restored. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
