Order : This criminal original petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for extension of time and upon perusing the order dated 8.4.2015 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.4677/2015 and the letter of the Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel (FAC) in D.No.5893/2015 dated:1.12.2015 in the presence of Mr.D.Christenson Jugunu, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- The Principal Distirct Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel (FAC) sought further extension of three months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.209 of 2009.
2.Time is extended for further period of three months, with a direction to the Principal Distirct Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel (FAC) to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
