RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners accused No.1 to 5 in Crl.O.P.No.12857 of 2016 dated 26.7.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SRIDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.P.KANNITHEVAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2 The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners 1to 4 are complying with the condition regularly and the fifth petitioner is complying with the condition only from 06.08.2016 to 19.08.2016 and subsequently he has not complied with the condition.

3 The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the fifth petitioner met with an accident and due to that he did not appear before the respondent police.

4 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required.
