The Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action based on the Petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondent Police submitted that the Petitioner is a building contractor and the Respondent in the complaint is the owner of the property. Also, he submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, the second Respondent had registered a case in C.S.R.No.650 of 2023. The second Respondent conducted an enquiry and the same was closed as a civil dispute.
3. The Petitioner is directed to approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate relief.
