This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.9 of 2020, on the file of the Inspector of police, M.Pudupatti Police Station,

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.03.2023, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that final report has been filed and was taken cognizance in C.C.No.56 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi and the case is posted on 30.03.2023 before the trial Court for appearance of the accused on receipt of the summon.

3. Because of the filing of the final report and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.56 of 2021 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
