ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a senior citizen seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to consider his complaint under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. It could be seen from the records that the petitioner has not approached the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer for the cancellation of the document. However, the petitioner has directly approached the first respondent who is the appellate authority.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to forward the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 to the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 2(two) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
