ORDER

The petitioner seeking her share in terminal benefits of her deceased son has submitted a representation and has filed this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that the gratuity and provident fund were credited to the 3rd respondent's bank account on 30.01.2026 and on 04.02.2026 respectively. According to him the leave encashment amount is yet to be disbursed to the legal heirs of the deceased employee. Each legal heir would be entitled to get a sum of Rs.3,49,070/-.

3.In view of the above this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent bank to disburse the eligible amount from the leave encashment to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the petitioner is 79 years old and she is preventing the 3rd respondent from getting appointment on compassionate grounds. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court expects Mr.M.Ponnaiah, learned counsel to mediate the issue between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and solve the issue amicably. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is closed.
